As we now are in the new year, the vineyard is settling into a slower pace which give us time to reflect on the previous years growth and look forward to the tasks that will ensure a successful new vintage.

A new pairing from Private Chef

Our friend and private chef The Gourmet Gent has paired our Blanc de Blanc with a delicious selection of Seafood. Pan-seared Orkney Scallops, Native Maiden Oysters with Sicilian lemon, Shaved Fennel Bulp, Lemon and rubbed Dill Salad and Newlyn White and Brown Crab. Certainly something to try out and the 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blanc pairs superb with any fish and seafood.

Hotel Wood, Bodö in Norway 

The fantastic Wood Hotel  , a sustainable resort on Mount Ronvik. Has been rated one of the best places to stay in Europe 2024 by CN Traveller. Here you can enjoy our wines high up on the 7th floor at the restaurant  ATTME. Exciting things happening in Norway for us and you will read more about this soon!
