Pruning our first big job for the season is done as winter releases its grip. Team Daniel trimmed back lasts year’s growth to make way for something new. Always a nice feeling. There is an art to it -,the careful snip of dormant canes on the vines and to choose the one that will bring strong healthy grapes in Autumn.

Double Gold Award

We’re thrilled to share some fantastic news — our Cuvée Brut 2020and Blanc de Blanc 2019 have both taken home prestigious awards at Drinks Business Spring Tasting 2025.  Something to celebrate for sure.

Whining Bar, Oslo 

We visited Whining Bar, Oslo that hosted  a fantastic evening of wine tasting! with all our wines. It was such a pleasure to meet Daniel and, to chat with everyone who stopped by throughout the evening — we truly enjoyed the event. 🇳🇴 Norway, here we come!

Winemakers Dinner at Restaurant Attme, Wood Hotel, Bodö, Norway.

Thank you, Restaurant Attme at Wood Hotel Bodø, for hosting a wonderful Winemaker’s dinner! We truly enjoyed the experience — the chef paired our wines beautifully, and it was such a pleasure to meet everyone, including the fantastic staff at Wood Hotel. We loved sharing our story and wines with you all.
